Monday – Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Closed Friday

Not affected will be the Police Department front desk office hours, which will continue as usual:

7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week

Local foundation announces $10M investment over ten years in City of El Monte

The California Community Foundation unveiled the Community Building Initiative in the City of El Monte on Tuesday, July 31, 2007. This groundbreaking $10 million, 10-year investment is a partnership between the foundation, the City of El Monte and various partners from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. This initiative takes a holistic approach to revitalizing underserved El Monte neighborhoods by simultaneously focusing on improving physical infrastructure, engaging residents and developing their leadership, as well as providing better access to social services.
